Payment options are Cheque, E-Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal.
If you register more than one player you need to fill out a new form.
Our programs usually run year-round, so you can start your session as soon as you receive a response from us. You also will receive a waiver that you must bring along or return by email. A player is not allowed to participate training without that form.
There is no refund after the first session.
If you decide to withdraw before the first session, we charge a $50 administration fee and refund the balance of the fee.
In order to avoid misunderstandings we urge you to read up about the program you wish to attend and, if there are any concerns, contact us for clarification before you submit the form.
