To register for our programs and camps you need to obtain the appropriate form.

ONLINE REGISTRATION is also available. Most registrants use this method for their convenience. It is easy and secure.

Registration is first come, first served.
Late registrations will be accepted as long as spaces are available.
All late starts will be pro-rated to your start date.

Discount Offers

Sibling Discount:
10% discount per child when 2 or more siblings register

Multi-Camp Discount :
10% discount per camp for players attending 2 or 3 consecutive indoor/outdoor camps

Registration Policies

Missed Dates/Make-up session Policy
We do not offer make up sessions for missed dates.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Program Manager prior to the first session. A $50.00 administration fee will be applied to all refunds.
No refunds once a program begins.
Non-attendance by a participant does not constitute a notice of withdrawal.

Change of Session Fee
$15.00 will be charged for switching programs/locations as per your request. Charges will not be applied to identified players moving up.

Please Note: A $30.00 fee will be charged for all NSF cheques.

Payment Options

Payment by Credit Card
You can securely pay ONLINE using VISA or MasterCard. All you need to do is to follow online instructions. There are only 4 easy steps to follow.

Payment by Cheque
All cheques, including post-dated cheques for payment plans must accompany your registration.

Payment Plan
CAMPS:
register for three (10% discount applies) and post-date three payments over 6 months (the 1st day of every second month). The highest fee should be your first payment.

TRAINING SESSIONS:
register for five (10% discount applies) and post-date payments over 12 months (the 1st day of every second month).
