Typically, we field teams in the following divisions:

• Primary =
  Introductory and Early Development
  
• Intermediate =
  Junior and Senior Development
  
• Showcase =
  Junior and Senior
  

Senior Showcase players can graduate to OWSL, OSL, CSA, Colleges or foreign divisions (College and International Showcases).
Players represent the USC Academy in the Inter- Academy Competition (SAAC).
Training takes place three to four times a week, year-round.
Test games are played March/April.
Inter- Academy Competition starts in May and ends in September. Some travel is required.
Fall friendlies are played October / November.
December and long weekends are rest periods.
A player will receive a full Uniform Kit and practice T-shirt
